My Pasighat — Fees Details / Price Details
Effective Date: June 10, 2025 (as per Pasighat Municipal Council notification)
1. Overview
This page lists the official Solid Waste Management (SWM) User Charges applicable to households and commercial establishments within Pasighat Municipal Council (PMC) limits, as notified by PMC and collected through the "My Pasighat" application/portal. Charges are billed monthly unless otherwise specified below.
Note: The rates listed on this page are current prices and are subject to change or revision in the future as per the decisions and notifications of the competent authority.
2. Household SWM User Charges (Monthly)

Note: For Sl. No. 23 ("Other places not marked above"), the fee is individually assessed by the Pasighat Municipal Council based on the nature, size, and waste generation of the establishment, and is not a fixed amount.
4. Late Payment Surcharge (LPSC)
- A grace period of 30 days is allowed from the date of demand/billing.
- If the SWM user charge remains unpaid after the grace period, a Late Payment Surcharge of 5% of the outstanding amount is applied to the due amount.
5. High-Rise Apartments & Business Clusters
For high-rise apartments or business clusters with multiple units, the fee is billed per unit. The owner/manager of the building/cluster is responsible for collecting the applicable SWM fee from each individual unit and depositing the total amount to the Pasighat Municipal Council.
6. Payment Gateway & Processing Charges
Payments made online through the App/portal are processed via BillDesk, an RBI-authorized third-party payment gateway. Any payment gateway/bank transaction charges (if applicable) over and above the municipal fee shown above will be displayed separately at the time of payment and shall be borne by the citizen.
7. Revision of Fees
The Pasighat Municipal Council reserves the right to revise the SWM user charges, LPSC percentage, or grace period from time to time through an official notification. The prices shown on this page are current prices and are subject to change according to future decisions and notifications by the authority. Updated fee schedules will be reflected on this page and within the App.
