1. Purpose

This document confirms that the "My Pasighat" application, developed for the Pasighat Municipal Council (PMC), Arunachal Pradesh, has undergone extensive ground-level field testing and has been accepted for live production use by authorized enumerators, PMC administrators, and citizens, with the exception of the online payment (BillDesk) module, which is currently pending integration.

2. Scope of Testing Completed

The application has been actively used in a live production environment for ground data collection and municipal record management since its rollout. The following modules have been tested and accepted at full production scale:

• Enumerator/Surveyor Login (Email OTP-based authentication)
• Household Survey Module (data entry, GPS tagging, photo capture, draft-saving)
• Commercial/Establishment Survey Module (data entry, GPS tagging, photo capture)
• Citizen Login (Mobile OTP-based authentication)
• SWM Fee Assignment & Categorization (24 official fee categories)
• Consumer Record Generation & Billing Status Tracking
• Coverage Map & Ward-wise Dashboard/Analytics
• Payment Receipt Upload (offline/manual receipt tracking)
• Application Activity Logging & Audit Trail

3. Production Data Volume (Ground-Level Testing Evidence)

As verified from the live production database on August 12, 2026:

This data confirms that the App has been extensively used, tested, and validated under real field conditions across multiple wards of Pasighat, by real enumerators, on real properties, over a sustained period — constituting a successful User Acceptance Test (UAT) at production scale.

4. Modules Not Yet Live

• Online Payment Gateway (BillDesk) Integration: This is the only remaining module pending completion. Citizens currently cannot make online SWM payments through the App; dues are tracked and marked as paid/due manually by authorized personnel based on offline/manual receipts. Citizen OTP login has been tested and works, but end-to-end online payment flow (via BillDesk) is not yet enabled, pending completion of the PG integration process (IP whitelisting, UAT credentials, and go-live approval from BillDesk).

5. Acceptance Statement

Based on the field usage, data volume, and successful operation of all modules outlined above, the Pasighat Municipal Council and Star Solutions (App developer) confirm that the "My Pasighat" application has passed ground-level User Acceptance Testing for all currently deployed features. The application is considered production-ready and stable, with the online payment module to be enabled upon completion of the BillDesk payment gateway integration.
